Gives some extra background info about the Diablo-verse, esp the events between D3 and the Reaper expansion. A quick overview of important world events and history, but I found it to be a bit dry. My only TRUE complaint is the binding sucks. The paper is glued in a bundle to the cover, which is... a very heavily plastic coasted paper I am guessing... ??? IDK. Anyways, basically, it means the glue comes undone easily and by the time I was halfway through, the book part had come undone from the cover. The paper book part is still together fine, the cover and that part are just no longer together.Now, a pointer, as I also got the Book of Cain at the exact same time (has same binding issue, btw). IF you can't decide on which to purchase, I recommend Cain's over this one. They both have almost the exact same info, with this one giving more insight into the events going on in heaven between D3 and Reaper. If you are a completionist, go for both, as there are a few tidbits in each that the other doesn't have but if I were to chose the better of the two, it is the other.
